Dr. Bill Duke from Abode Hospice will explore how families and caregivers can take a person-centered, non-pharmacological approach to the prevention and treatment of age-related memory loss and dementia.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (July 31)
Monday, July 31 at 10 a.m.
Dr. Terry Bordan, a licensed professional counselor, author, and former professor, will provide an overview of the principles behind cognitive behavioral therapy, discuss how our thoughts get us into trouble, and explore whether we can re-think ourselves out of a slump.
