Presented by Dr. Shane Lieberman from Valley View Hospital and Peter Schoomaker from HomeCare and Hospice of the Valley. This session will address common misconceptions and help individuals and families understand who benefits from each approach, when each type of care is appropriate, and how to access these compassionate, supportive services throughout serious illness and at the end of life.
