Claudia will also share helpful reminders about managing medications, vaccines and hearing/vision health.
We’ve partnered with the Alzheimer’s Association to offer a free in-person support group for families, spouses, and caregivers of those living with Alzheimer’s or related dementia. The group meets on the second Tuesday of each month and is open to the public.
