Operating like a stylish hotel, Sopris Lodge at Carbondale hosts three dining rooms as well as a bistro serving an all-day menu, where residents can enjoy healthy, gourmet meals presented by our on-site chef. The culinary team loves using fresh herbs and vegetables from our on-site greenhouse to liven up the cuisine. Dining at Sopris Lodge also features food-related activities such as bread making and recipe exchanges to engage residents’ palates. Bon Appetit!
