Sopris Lodge at Carbondale Hosts Free ‘Understanding and Responding to Dementia-Related Behaviors’ Talk

CARBONDALE Sopris Lodge at Carbondale will host Woo Bandel, Community Engagement Manager from the Colorado Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, to present “Understanding and Responding to Dementia-Related Behaviors,” on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, from 2:30-4 p.m. Sopris Lodge is located at 295 Rio Grande Ave.

Bandel will lead an informative talk about how to decode behavioral messages, identify common behavior triggers, and learn strategies to intervene with some of the most common behavioral challenges of those living with dementia. Refreshments will be served during the presentation followed by a question-and-answer session for guests.
